Tours or Slideshows?

By

My favorite Southwest Chicago Suburbs real estate website has virtual tours for my listings with slideshows.  I prefer the slide shows to the “movie” type virtual tours.   I now use single property websites that show a photo gallery plus a slideshow, although they call it a virtual tour.  The entire website is the “virtual tour” in the MLS.

I do not like the video tours because I feel they still have a long way to go. I see so many that travel too fast and make me dizzy! Others still have that fishbowl look and really distort rooms. I feel a well put-together slide show is the best way to provide a visual home tour.

Of course, the thing I love the best about the website mentioned is the way listings are showcased. It’s the best I’ve seen with any real estate website provider. But the site offers much more. Get listings sent to you by e-mail by using the Automated Home Search or find out how much your southwest suburban property is worth by filling out the Internet Home Evaluation form.

You can also search the full MLS that has all the properties that are currently up for sale. This is a comprehensive website that offers listings with or without registration (you’ll only have access to the entire active MLS inventory by registering) & so much more. So visit www.cook-county-real-estate.net today and be sure to bookmark it!
