Wow folks! There is an Orland Park home for sale priced at only $94,900! It is a frame house surrounded by trees and sitting on an unkempt looking lot. It has three very small bedrooms (10×11 is the largest, the other two are both 10×10 based on the MLS print-out). It also has a one-car garage.
I recently checked out a low priced home in Oak Lawn but was told the home needed to be razed. I’m not sure about this Orland Park home. Is it worth it to live in or as an investment?
