It’s not even Spring yet and things are heating up with real estate in Oak Lawn and the surrounding suburbs. I’ve been showing a lot of properties lately and have been extremely busy, especially for this time of year.
Interest rates have dropped which has brought some buyers out to look early. I just closed on an Oak Lawn condominium today in the Crestline Arms complex. I’ve also shown the new Arbor Court and 51st St. condos.
My last appointments in the area were for Alsip, Burbank, Evergreen Park, Garden Homes and Oak Lawn. My Alsip buyer was up against another offer and lost out. However, I recently sold one of my Alsip listings.
