A new MLS search is on this site. It offers some differences from the old search including being able to search properties by a map feature.
You’ll still be able to save your searches and a plus is that you’ll be able to see photos and some data before having to register. The old search required registration before you could see anything.
Keep in mind, this is the entire MLS and these listings come from all different brokerages. Some agents use the full amount of nine photos, some don’t. Some newer listings might not have the photo yet. If an agent uses a virtual tour you’ll get a link to it.
Registration is easy, you just need to fill out your name and e-mail address. Your information is kept private so you don’t have to worry about having your e-mail shared or sold to anyone else.
Although I believe in providing you a way to search properties to your heart’s content, if you’re really serious about looking at properties with today’s super low interest rates you should fill out the Automated Home Finder Form. This way, you’ll get e-mail notification of new listings automatically. This is the only way to not miss a property that might be perfect for you.
