I’d like to introduce a couple of new things.  First off, when you hit the link below (or the picture above) you’ll be introduced to a new way I am showcasing listings.  It is a single property website that features one property only.  This is great for both buyers and sellers.  Buyers don’t have to be distracted by multiple properties and can get a lot of information on the subject property.  Of course, sellers love having their place “singled out,” without having to compete with multiple other listings.

There is much more happening with this new service such as the fact that it provides a virtual tour to Realtor.com and I can showcase the entire site right on the MLS.  It also sends the property to other popular real estate websites.  I’m very happy with this new program that is replacing one of my long-standing websites.

How many Tinley Park homes are for sale today?  There are currently 201 single family Tinley Park homes on the market starting at a low price of $115,900 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home all the way up to $799,900 for 2 parcels that are zoned commercial but are listed as residential with tear down homes.  So let’s forget about that one.  The next highest single family property is listed at $739,900 for a brick two-story with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms.
