2007 A Record Year for Judy Orr of Classic Realty Group

Judy OrrThis past year has been thought of as a down-turn from the robust market that has been experienced in the past 3-5 years. Agents are leaving the business or getting other jobs to subsidize their lack of income. Long-standing offices have closed and many others are planning on shutting their doors.However, Judy Orr had her best year ever, selling over 10 million dollars worth of real estate including single family homes, condos and townhomes and commercial property in the Chicago Suburbs. Judy attributes her success to several different factors.

Experience - Judy has been in real estate sales since 1983. Experience counts when dealing with such large financial decisions, especially when the market changes. Judy has sold properties in all kinds of markets, including the recession of the 1980’s. She doesn’t consider today’s market anywhere near what it was back then.
